All efforts are guided by and in adherence to the recommendations distributed by the CDC.

Please note that for the safety of our patients, their families, and our staff, on-site visitation is no longer allowed at Altacare of Montana.

  • This restriction has been implemented in compliance with updated corporate and state regulations to further reduce the risks associated with COVID-19.
  • We are offering visitation through telehealth services so that our patients can remain connected to their loved ones.
  • Alternate methods of communication for other services are being vetted and may be offered when deemed clinically appropriate.

Altacare of Montana is our state’s leading provider of comprehensive in-school mental and behavioral healthcare services. Our partnerships with more than 100 elementary, middle, and high schools allow young people to participate in intensive outpatient programming with minimal disruption to their academic progress.

Payment Options

Altacare of Montana serves all young people who meet our admissions criteria, regardless of ability to pay. We accept HMK (CHIP), HMK Plus (Medicaid), and private insurance. We also offer a sliding fee scale for families who do not have insurance plans that cover our services.
